On August 14, 2024, we at Gasthof Schönauer hosted our first summer pop-up event. The evening was focused on a sharing menu. All dishes were served into the center of the table and shared by the guests. Thanks to our entire team, the spectacular evening went by beautifully.

The menu featured four courses—from arancini and homemade hummus to miso beef brisket and ended with an olive-oil panna cotta, it was a vibrant night of culinary delights.
